Do you have a specific workplace issue? Outsourcing, Pensions, Shift Arrangements? We can tailor a course for your reps to find out about the legal position, contextualise it to your situation and develop an action plan. This can be an ideal opportunity to get away from site and concentrate on the issues that mean most to your members. All we ask is that you have sufficient numbers of reps to make up a viable course.
